Congrats, and welcome to the small club of super happy riders. The best thing you can buy for that thing is gas! Get yourself some yellow tinted glasses for night riding and see if you can wear it out.

Looks like a custom job, looking at the dual coloured luggage bags, seat stripe and black stripe on the tank (nothing a couple of cans of plastidip couldn't do :D )

    Congrats on the bike!

Thanks guys....po painted white....low speed rash ......its all good..the black stripe on the tank is a sargent tank bib...the sargent tank bag it came with..snaps onto the bib....thus no tank scratches..... stripe on the sargent seat is factory......all fluids changed now....its a great ride....I prefer the v-tech over my '98 vfr....don't have to rev it up so much to get moving fast...I plugged the flapper valve and unplugged the electrical socket on the right engine side...thus disabling the reed valves, pair valve.... and carbon return epa crap.... so now,...*** MUCH*** better low speed throttle control/response from dead stop....a must do ...for any bike....I've done this delete to 3 of my previous suzuki 1200's and 1250 bandit....with the identical outcome...great!!! further:...I very much like the V-tech...after riding 500 miles....its sort of like having a mini turbo...
I need a touring windscreen!!!! ...selling or trading.....my zero gravity double bubble black screen in the above pics.......used heli bars purchased off ebay are on there way to me... I need a Touring screen....maybe I'll buy a Givi tall touring one?... Just love the all aroundness of this VFR...may drive up to the mountains in sept with my bmw buddy...also...love the staintunes..lightweight..and they sound great!!!!
