I am the new owner of an 87 vfr 700. looks nice. think I will like it. as soon as I buy some carbs for it. guy sold it to me and it only had 2..... pretty sure it needs 4 to run lol. any ways. lookin forward to talkin with ya'll and ridin with someof ya. later.
2 carbs??? thought it was one piece??????but yep i think the four cyclinder engines need four carbs not sure...got any pics??
well you would think that he would have kept the carbs all together, but no. he had them cleaned and someone told him 2 of them were no good. so he went out and bought 4 new ones. which I got with the bike, except they are no where near the right carb for the bike. they are to small. so I only have 2 of the original carbs. do believe I have located a set at a bone yard, and will hopefully pic them up tomorrow.
