Attaching pictures to reply

I've replied to a few post's and said I would upload pic's to show how things fit and or look but I can't seem to find a button that allows me to add a photo to a reply

 

First select the tree

Then it will ask you for computer or URL. ( I selected computer) then select a picture. After you select a picture, pick upload file.

Then tad ah!!!

 

I don't have the toolbar with the tree

 

Below where you see post quick reply there is a button that says go advanced, go there and go to manage attachments, then follow the directions that the previous poster mentioned.
Now, lets see those pictures

I've tried clicking on manage attachments and it does nothing

 

In the "Quick Reply" box below the last message you can click on the "Insert Image" icon. The icon looks like a picture, hover over it to identify.

 

Go up to the black banner below the top burgundy banner and click the FAQ. It is all there. Works like a charm. If you can't get one uploaded following those instructions, nothing I can say is going to help.
