    Hi Everyone,

My name is Jason, I'm new to motorbikes, having finally taken my bike test at the tender age of 36

Got my shortlist for first bike down to Kawasaki ZZR600 and VFR750, the honda won hands down when I heard it running, what a gorgeous sound, mine has an old Carbon Fibre Lazer can sat on a 4 into 1 system. For an 18 year old bike it goes very nicely indeed and I use it for my weekly 220 mile round trip to the office. Haven't opened up the throttle much yet, waiting until I get a proper feel for the bike. I find it a little heavy when pushing it into the garage but apart from that no complaints at all.

    Catch ya later

    Jason

I started at 36 as well, just last year. I love this bike. Every time I ride it gets better and better. Just got home from a 1600 mile ride and loved every second of it.

    Welcome aboard.

Good for you! Welcome! I also started a bit late in life but have ridden bicycles seriously since I was 8. Just keep your wits about you, have a balance...have respect but don't be too overly-cautious either. Ride on!!!
