    Hi,
I'm a VFR rider on the Big Island of Hawaii. My wife and I live in North Kohala, near one of the best MC roads in the state, The Kohala Mountain Road (aka Hwy. 250). Great road for my 2001 VFR800. If only I could ride it. Got clutch problems now. In fact that's why I signed up for the VFRworld forum. I've tried all of the obvious things but still no clutch release. I'll be posting related questions on the mechanics forum soon. Getting a little tired of only riding my DR650 Suzuki. It's okay for the goat trails that pass for roads around here, but when i've got a long ride on a fast windy road in mind, it's got to be the VFR.
    Thanks for having me,
    ALOHA!
    Rico

Welcome Rico, sorry I can't help you with your Clutch questions, but good luck with that and welcome to VFR ownership!

Welcome to the show! Even if we aren't sure what the problem is, we will hurt ourselves coming up with possibilities. Hmmm, with a bit of refinement, that could be a slogan...

Hi, yep, they have some great roads where I wish I had my vfr there so you'll have to tease us with photos. Hmmm on the clutch situation, hows the master does it have like no pulling power like it's working against nothing? maybe an air lock? I'd be starting there and working my way down, any leaks? fluid levels ok?
