A few of you may remember the long thread about an engine rebuild on my '84 VF700F about a month ago. Well, I have decided to cut my losses and try and part out the engine as I am pretty sure it is not worth the effort---a previous owner cracked the crankcase in an area which I just noticed and pretty sure is not repairable. Anyway, I am not sure if this is the right section to ask this, but I was wondering about pricing some of the engine parts. The camshafts are all in good condition as is the starter motor, starter clutch, and clutch itself. I was also considering selling the valve covers which are in decent shape, just need a bit of refinishing. I might be mistaken, but I think I remember camshafts from a 1st gen on Ebay about 2 months ago that went for around $150. Does this sound right? Thanks for any advice.

Also, if anyone is interested in these parts let me know and we can skip Ebay altogether.

I have an engine from a wrecked gen one, minus cams I would part with dirt cheap.

Parted with 80 bucks for it, too cheap to pass up at the time and figured I would find a member that needed it one day.Yours plus shipping. Figured it ran as it was in a crashed bike .

sorry I am confused, all you want for it is shipping cost? If so, do you happen to know about how much that would be to ship to VA?
