I am looking at joining the VFR army. I am comming back to the sport after a 15 year layoff. I am looking for oppinions on the ABS system. Pros/cons and should I get it on my new ride?
Like you, I came back to riding after a 12 year layoff, and bought an '07 ABS model. The ABS is virtually invisible as it only activates when you need it. The linked brakes will take a little getting used to, but in concert with the ABS make up what, in my opinion, is an awesome system. I sometimes wonder how I ever rode without it. Just my two cents.

I am in a bit of a pickle. I sold my 04 vfr abs looking for more power just for the heck of it but I really like abs. I like the Hayabusa but no abs! Hmmm. I have some thinking to do.
