Hi i`m not long on the site.. Can anyone help !!! my vfr 98fiw replacing the chain from o-ring to x ring A gold 108 wont fit ?????? too small in length by one and 3/4inches.. will a 112 suffice or will i have to cut to allow for adjustment later??? Thanx jeeves
108 links is the correct length according to DID's web site. I don't know if that means 108 plus the master link though. On a 530 chain one link is about 1.25 inches. Have you tried moving the chain adjuster(s) all the way forward to give as much length as possible?
