I know it's been bad for a while ... and is probably leading to my "lower" fuel mileage ...........

anyone know if I can get a non-hondadealerrapedme thermostat?

any cross reference for a automobile one? I've looked around the web with no luck but with all the guru's around here thought I'd give it a shot !

    I got brave...........

so I popped my old one out an man was it stuck open LOL

I went to the local auto parts store and looked thru there thermostats till I found one that looked right

    stant SUperstat #45848
cost me 15 bucks instead of the 33 the lowest honda dealer in town asked for ( and still did not have in stock )

only difference is the stant one did not have the small "breather" hole to help burp the system . but I think I can live with out it just took a bit longer to burp the system of air
