today i started having issues with my 84 700. it doesnt want to start when its hot unless i hold the throttle wide open. i also started having electrical issues. bike wouldnt start by itself. i had to pop start it. ran fine until i parked it. starter wouldnt even click. im assuming it was my battery because i drove 30 miles straight and it didnt charge at all. also when under throttle for this 30 miles the light would cut out or flicker but if i let off the throttle the light would work fine when i held the clutch in. im assuming that the battery is shot and the ignition at higher rpms was taking a lot of load off the generator. thanks for the help.
