7th gen oil change

Hi everyone.

Im just coming up on my 1st oil change and I've been getting some conflicting information from the local motorcycle dealers on what oil to use and what capacity.

Here's what i've gathered from them.

- Honda motorcycle oil or mobile 1 are the best.

- 10-40 is the best weight

- synthetic is better

- 3.2 L or 4L The shops have different opinions.

What do you guys think?

Pure synthetic is best, but tends to be pricey up front. You can go much longer intervals so ends up about the same.

Mobil 1 is good, Amsoil tests better. I run 10W40 in both my bikes.
