Have finally installed my new suspension courtesy of Jamie Daugherty, rear converted 929 shock and new fork springs with altered shim stacks. First impressions - well i am going to have to learn to ride this thing all over again as i am so used to compensating for worn out suspension that i am all over the place, it actually wants to steer now. Cant say enough about this upgrade - was cheaper to have it all done and posted than i could buy the rear shock for alone. Anyone thinking about doing this, i say stop thinking, best money i have spent in a while.
Congrats, & hope you enjoy the Upgraded ride! I have a rear shock being built by Jamie Daugerty, & should have it delivered by mid-august. Can't wait to see how better the Ole-girl handles! :biggrin:
