I have an 03 vfr 800 non abs. I had the battery charging issue so i have replaced the stator the R/R, the battery and installed the vfrness. I havent had the harness upgrade yet. I am getting 14.1 or so at the battery. It will start up and idle and sometime rev to 5000rpms then poof the fuse blows and it is hot when you pull it. Also the stator cover gets very hot to in a short time. This has been going on for months. I even had it in the shop and they couldnt figure it out. If there is any ideas what to do next ill try anything. Thanks for the help.
