Bike for Sale 1998 VFR800 (5th gen)

Selling ole' reliable, she has been a lovely bike but I am getting older & sitting the corner of the condo parking lot is not where she should be.

Much like the Millennium falcon she may not be pretty but she's got it where it counts!

Currently has 53,696 miles on the clock. The previous owner painted her white (over the original red) but did not clearcoat so the paint is showing some age. I had a small drip issue from the clutch during the overhaul that can be seen in the pictures, I am guessing the next owner will want to redo the paint anyway so am leaving this for now. Am including the magnetic tank bag setup.

Am asking for $3,800 or obo.

- Full brake fluid flush
- Wrapped exhaust headers to help w/ the heat in the Florida summer
- New front & rear sprockets

- Rebuilt both clutch cylinders
- New EBC clutch springs
- New EBC clutch plates
- New K&N air filter
- New oil filter
- Rotella T6 Fully synthetic 5W-40 oil
- New NGK Iridium spark plugs
- New front tire - Michelin Pilot Road 2
- Cleaned up rims (gold was flaking after 20+ years) & painted w/ black rustoleum wheel
- Cleaned & painted forks black
- Painted clutch cover black to complete the look
