    Hi,

Do a search on this board or the VFRDiscussion board. There's information in both places about this subject :^). I lowered my '07 by flipping the rear shock triangle mount, gave me about 1/2", then I lowered the front forks by the same amount. No $$ involved :^). I did have to adjust my rear spring preload up a couple of notches.

    Good luck,
    Anders

Hello and welcome to the forum. Just be aware that lowering the bike (and the forks) can drastically (negatively) affect the bikes handling if not done with care.
