Anybody know any good exhaust upgrades for the 07 model. I've got the rwb model and I love it but would like a little more out of it. I've heard about a stash pipe kit for it but don't know who makes it or what else is out there. Any advice on how to get rid of that cat or if I should get rid of the cat would be greatly appreciated.
I think Two Bros makes the pipes with the dummy stash can. To get rid of the cat, look into a full exhaust system instead of just a slip on. Check out Leo Vince exhaust for the sixth gen....it sounds awesome.
Type "gutting" in the search box at the top of the page and you'll see several threads on gutting the cat. I've got the 2 bros VALE exhaust on my 04, look in my gallery for pic's. The pipes came on the bike when I bought it and sound good but I if I was buying I would look at Leo Vince CF's. Action
To get rid of the cat would require you replace the entire front header system, which is costly. Easiest thing is to replace the rear section with Leo Vince for $550-700, then obtain the O2 sensor by pass plugs so the computer won't make the bike lean in the midrange, which makes for a smoother power band. I have the Leo Vince in aluminum and carbon, they are much nicer sounding than stock.
