I ran my 02 VFR at the parts411 dyno today, i did 4 pulls and avg was 108 rwhp and 57ft/lbs tq. All i have done on mine is K&N and a Leo Vince slip on + air box mods. I went with my friend who had dyno'ed at another place with his 06 Daytona 675 with full system, tuned reflashed ecu and BMC filter. The bike being the same as before, it dyno'ed almost the same as the other place 2.3rwhp less this time because it was hotter today then 4 months ago when he last got a dyno pull which was 116.3rwhp and 48.6tq. I will post a sheet later today once i find my damn scanner drivers.

Who cares if anyone believes whatever # you got off a dyno? Do you like your bike? I thought so. Do you want a different bike? I didn't think so.

What's even more important than the HP #, did everyone see that torque curve? VFR & V4's rule.

The whole purpose of this dyno run was to ensure me that she's putting out the power it's supposed to, I was a little concerned about it's health since it didn't feel 100hp worth of power (feels kinda sluggish). I figured since I got warranty I can find potential problems before they turn into a break down, afterall I bought this used from a dealer so I don't know it's history. I brought my friend over to make sure it's not one of those magical dynos that shows 250r making 150hp lol. It was pretty much on par with another shops dyno which is good since it shows consistancy. I made a bet with my friend it's gonna show like 80hp since it just really felt like somthing like 1 cly wasn't firing, I guess the shaky vibes are nature of the v4 engines and 108hp on a 570lb bike is supposed to feel like this. God my 750 has spoiled me so......

If you're saying your VFR has "shaky vibes" & your GSXR doesn't then something is definitely NOT as it should be. The GSXR should feel like a paint mixer compared to the VFR.

Well my gsxr is just plain vibration, the same kind I pretty get on any online 4 I've ridden. However my vfr has a shaky vibration, the kind you get from a Harley, it's soo violent that my windscreen and mirrors shake soo much I van even see anything in it. It only does it when the engine is under load or acceleration it doesn't do it while cruising. It sort reminded me if the same vibes I felt when my 300zx had one injector go out.
