Guys, I'm lookin' at an '02 Interceptor to buy. I understand this was the 1st yr for vtec and accomodations for Givi bags. My question is... Have those bag mounts changed any since '02? (Maybe to accomodate "Honda OEM" bags, or some such other change?) does honda make "Honda OEM" bags for these bikes? Which is better...Givi or Honda? But my main concern is whether those mounts have changed since '02. keep the pavement down... Thanks for the info Regards David
Honda bags are available for a 2002. I ad a set on my 2002. Honda bags are made by Givi. Both Honda and Givi are available.
Aye but.. They may well be made by Givi, but the mounting points are model specific to the VTEC. Standard Givi boxes can not be mounted to the existing fittings, nor can the factory Honda cases be fitted to Givi wingracks. Totally different. Rod
