Be sure the emulsion tubes go back in the same carb they came from as fronts and rears have different height holes, i think.

On all my (non-fi) earlier bikes the number 100C. is stamped on the thermoswitch, so 212 F. I have no idea why FI bikes turn the fan on so late....
Whenever i clean carbs for members here i usually ask them to include the carb boots for my inspection. Often, very often i see cuts and cracks...

At idle speed while sitting in traffic it's probably normal. Battery isn't being charged at idle, so the extra signal load would lower system voltage.
