got the wiring diagram ?? check that you get + 12volts at the proper wire on the plug going to the ign black box. might help to use color codes...

i see that your choke lever isn't hooked up but ought to be. riders often claim their carbs are clean when they aren't. idle speed adjusting...
try putting the airbox and filter back on since they never run right without them. there should be no doubt about fuel to carbs if you bottle-feed...
WELCOME ! not alot of those models still run. make a compression test first, then inspect the cams and valves b4 you spend a lot of money on it....
