I've had the same problem with my VF 500. tap up on the control box switch on your handle bars . it worked for me.
I called them this past monday...... they nol onger make it for the VF500 and are sold out........ :(

Does anybody know of a company that sell a rear luggage rack for a 1985 vf500 intercepetor? One just sold on eBay last week and i missed out on it.
my 85 VF500 does the same thing "sometimes" i rev it a little and the light comes on. but it has never gone out. what should i look to replace? Jim
