According to the fiche, 2004-2008 have the same one, OEM# 31600-MCW-D61 which is a SHINDINGEN# SH689FA. Is there supposed to be a new one?
I'd say you might just have a weak battery. It seems to have enough juice to turn on the lights and what not, but not enough to crank the engine....
