hi my name is barrie i am 48 i have had honda vfr800 fi 2000 model /kawasaki versys 650, bought new 2009-and just bought 2009 vfr800 colour white with 180 miles on the clock with colour coded luggage,with 180 miles on the clock i would like advice on running it in as all it says in the manual is not to rev it high for first 300 miles,thanks for any advice
