Gawd! I would have to go through my maintenance file. I have 221,000 km plus on my bike, (136 k Miles give or take) But off hand, I think I have probably 6-8 since 2006. I like to stay on top of things rather than waiting for failure. I may have been able to get more out of the chains and sprockets before changing them. I am a firm believer in changing the sprockets at the same time as a chain

Hey Freddy. You have posted this question in the wrong place. You should have started a thread in the Mechanics Forums instead of a message to a specific person. Especially someone like me who really knows very little about the mechanics of these fine bikes. There are many very talented members out there who read the threads and offer up their opinions and advice on mechanical matters in the Mechanics Garage forum.

Sorry for the delay. VFRW had me locked out all day but seems to be fixed now. The bitch is proud of 212,000 km. It is soon to catch up to me in raggedness but right now it is running pretty good. Its in the shop for forks and rear wheel bearing. Heading down to Cabos San Lucas this November with Reg and Toe. Think I will truck it down to Sacramento to meet them though.

Wow that is an impressive number! I was curious because there is a fell here at work entertaining the purchase of a used VFR and he's concerned about the high miles that the majority seem to have on them. So I showed him yours but I wasn't sure how many miles you had accumulated. Probably a good move to truck the VFR down, you may run into some unpleasant cold weather at that time of year.

Unfortunately I work on Thursdays so looks like we will miss. Unless you are travelling through this way after 6PM. Next time I guess.

The American woodchuck can chuck a ton while the Canadian woodchuck's amount it similar to its pecker in size compared to his American cousin's. Much larger. A Canadian wood chuck can chuck a tonne, which is far bigger than a ton.
    19. crustyrider
how much wood can a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? The proper answer is contingiant on a few things.... is it a Canadian woodchuck, or an American woodchuck.... union or non union..
