Ohlins for Christmas

Hi John! I would like to upgrade the rear suspension on my 1999 VFR800. I am considering using an Ohlins product also. I would appreciate any information about your experience you would like to share with me, such as the specific shock model you chose and why. Were there any mounting or interference issues, and what was the purchasing process like. Did you have to modify your bike at all for the installation? How do you like it? I'm looking to soften the harshness of the highway ride, without compromising the bikes sporting capability. Thanks. V4LORD.
