Actually it was very warm. About 25 C. there Worked up a sweat climbing the snow banks. It was a sweet ride to be sure.

BTW. My son just got back from 3 months over your way. Came back with dreads. And he doesn't even drink or smoke the doobie either. What do you guys do to the tourists anyways?

Had the pleasure of renting a basement suite from and Auzzie couple years ago while on transfer from one post to another and awaiting the building of my home. What a hoot they were. They remained very good friends of mine for a few years until they moved back to Australia. Unfortunately I have lost touch. I heard they separated. Gregg was a crazy bugga and Glennis almost as bad.
