Where did you guys go riding, E Hastings with the hookers? Or are you talking about the four legged wildlife?

I am ready soon. Just gotta let the stitches heal a bit seeing as they are in the neck. Have Saturday to Tuesday off next week so maybe we can all get it together this time. Mike, Bryan Jeff myself. Maybe Shikyo too but I don't know if he has found this thread yet. I will watch and send him a PM later in the week if he doesn't respond. How about the others from the LMD who belong to this site? Any of them ever meet for a ride?

Hey, But I get off work supposedly at 3 PM Friday afternoon from 132nd & 76 so if that works for a later Friday Afternoon ride, then I am in for that too. I can probably get away from work a little early if need be.

I was riding behind JS when I noticed what I thought was a rag or shoe on the road ahead. I moved to the right side of the lane to move away when JS clipped "it" (not sure if he recalls) and it cartwheel right towards me. I starred at it and realized IT WAS A FREAKIN' DEAD RAT. As we all know, if you look at something too long... "thump thump" right over the sucker, it kinda gave me the hebbie-jebbies. I guess I should check under my bike for residuals.

Oh I remember alright LOL. I was like what the hell is that, should have known better than to stare at it. Long weekend Mondays have horrific traffic unless you are aware of an area where I would be wrong. You are probably gone by time I sent this so post up son as you get back and we will play Monday by ear.

Friday will be busy as well but not nearly as bad as Mondays. A lot of people kick ut on Thursday. See Kinglsey's plans. So what did you have in mind for Friday Afternoon?

Hi guys...checking back in. I see the weather may turn in the afternoon on Monday. But if the morning works for anyone - let me know.

 

Just a heads up... there will be a parade going through Ft. Langley tomorrow morning. I think it starts around 11am. I can't make the ride but will be at the parade. :smile:

 

This is NOT a ride report. This is to get those who haven't gone yet a little to think about. We will do a nice ride report sometime this summer hopefully.

For sure. I start my four off on Sunday and the long term forcast is for similar weather a the past couple.

We should target for a BBQ some time with the few of us who at least try to get it together. I will throw my place open for this. Hell, I will even tell my wife about it well before hand. That will be a new one for me. And they say you can't teach old dogs new tricks.

I definitely want to do a US ride sometime. Maybe an overnighter to Winthrop.

 

I got struck by lightning in Winthrop two years ago. Better not be raining or I'm not going. Holly F&*k man that hurt.

How about a trip out to Boston Bar or Manning for lunch and back? YOu can stop at my abode for refreshments befroe you continue your quest west at the end. Or if JS only available later in the day, we can do the same but make it for dinner at either. We should still be back before dark.
