I was wondering if anyone knew if the front fairings of an 86 or 87 vfr750 would fit on a 84 vf750. I like the looks of a full fairing better, esp with the newer headlight design.......

No probably not because there was no VFR750 in 84 just a VF750 and they are completely different beasts.

you can make anything fit with some shade-tree know how and a big enough hammer. It helps if you know how to weld up custom fairing mounting brackets.

Well the frame is different so side and rear fairing would be trouble but the cowl and side cowls could be done if you got a used front stay and had it modified to fit your bike.

I think the VF is going to be longer through the middle, so yes, you can make the VFR fairing fit, but it probably won't look right. Try it and see!

Factory original as in brand new good luck they are all discontinued.

But look for Chuck Crites from cobalt racing he makes fiberglass originals at a very reasonable price and usually gives discounts for people who get a many pieces at a time.

Here he is on ebay just shoot him an email and tell him you heard about him from the board and ask for a quote. He made me fiberglass inners that were top notch.
