Could this be our infamous Shorty on the two up ride she talked about?

Haha, that's awesome. Everytime I see a VFR, I wonder "who's that on the board?" (There's a bunch in the area oddly enough)

There were two other guys with VFRs in the group - I was surprised. Everyone had love for the 2g though! And apparently one of the guys has love for Shorty. :whoo:

Yeah, I guess both for salvage bikes. The guy with the yellow jacket got his for $300!!! The only issue with that one was the plastics were scraped up, it already had some mods to it and HELI's. Man, what a steal!

If I remember right the other one was bought for $2000, and he bought slightly less than that in plastics - again just cosmetic issues.

Definitely sweet bikes, and really nice guys!

It was lots of fun! Although for that ride it was probably better that I was two up.... I don't think I could have stayed with them on the twisties. More good weather is headed my way though, and I will be workin on my skills!

.....I've posted every other reply on this thread. I need to find something to do at 11 PM other than homework. Anyone want to work on my cultural anthropology midterm? hehe just kidding!

Anthropology sucks big time. I hated that class with a passion when I took it 2 years ago. One of the assignments was to go to this website. I went in and there was this trashcan, I had to click on the trashcan and look at different types of trash that this family trow away. Looking at all the trash I had to figure out, their eating habits, ages, hobbies, how many members male/female, pets, etc. Interesting but time consuming.

That does sound like a bad assignment! This is my second anthropology course, the first one was archaeological anthropology. So far it is reeeeally easy, and the midterm is going to be a breeze - I just have to sit down and do it, but I hate writing papers!!

The thing I hate about this class is most of our grade is based on a group project, and of course I get stuck with this anti-American girl. Why do you live here if you hate it so much?! That just doesn't make sense to me!

The course I took was Anthropology in general. I wrote lots of papers, I also did a s*** load of power point presentations. I got a C, but passed it. I don't understand how anthropology is going to help me repair pc's, debug software or run a network.

So far my classes have not been that involved. I don't even have to talk ath. - it was from a pool of classes to choose from. I think most "general education" requirements are ridiculous. I would much rather take more classes related to what I am learning.

You are right though, anthropology sure has nothing to do with electronics!
