Squid Hunting

Hey Guy,

I Saw and captured this squid Sunday afternoon. At least he has a helmet on.

 

He must keep his toes squeezed together so his sandals don't fall off.... seems like that would be uncomfortable!! ...I also hope he burned himself on those pipes.

 

How can you feel the shifting without sandels?

The looks of that rear tire make me want to gear up right now. I wonder if he has EVER turned that thing? Probably a stupid question.

Normally, specimens of this particular species display bright colors in hopes of catching the eye of a potential mate. Although this species is in the middle of it's mating season, this example seem to be not in heat or not in search of a potential mate. Hopefully it is a disease or deformity that is causing the lack of courtship ritual. If it is in fact a disease of some sort, perhaps it could spread & lead to the extinction of this un-savory species.

It would be for the better if the species would become extinct. I guess it is only a matter of time before the virus that is this species does die out.

 

A mate just traded his R1 in on one of those Yamaha Warrior's looks kinda cool and handles ok for a Cruiser with USD Forks and R1 brakes.

 

Sounds like the start of a " Photo the Stupid Squid " competition....The race is on.... :biggrin:

Yes but this thread is new and happening with a cooler sounding title, mind heading into winter here it may be a hard task to find true squids for a while.
