    I found a 2003 VFR with ABS and only 8000 kms. I love this machine it is solid, fast, and I hope build to last. Honda has a safety recall on the electrical housing....So after that is repaired..The machine never had any problem but ...better safe than sorry right! I will be looking for touring luggage.

    WOW!

    Welcome to Our World! We Offer Whatever We can, Opinions, Waves :wave: and Whenever possible Other Wonderful stuff. Seriously, welcome... now the silly part since you said something that made me laugh a little. I'm not trying to pick on you, just the luggage word... :wink:

    Touring Luggage - that is so not the nozzle way to say it. :nono: Sounds like you are going to drag a trunk onto the train, or have pasley sticked bags for your mother-in-law. Maybe it is just my mother-in-law experience that makes me feel this way... but that is another subject.

    In my best effort to assist WOW68 to mature to the next level (WOW69!) I offer the following alternatives and hereby solicite additional constructive responses from the vast citizens of the VFRworld:

    Saddlebags
    Hard cases
    Tank Bags
    Side Cases
    Top Cases
    (It is appropriate to add "Factory" in front of the "Side" and "Top" cases to distinguish them from other fine examples [Givi and/or Corbin])
    Aussies will have a unique term such as "bin" "boot" "bonnet" or something that sounds like luggage, but is not (help out here John 451). {regardless, ensure the luggage is not "manky"}

    on the 69... I'm thinkin' you've confused on how the math works, the square root of 69 is 8 something. Know what 69+69=?

    Polite, respectful, and a bit insane... that's us!

    Welcome, WOW68, and congrats on the new VFR. I never really thought about it before, but I usually refer to my saddle bags as "soft luggage", but try to include "motorcycle" in the same sentence so non-riding folks will know what I'm talking about. Good thing you said it publicly first... Har, har!
