I was looking through Cycle World mag. Saw an ad for "skullskins". They are
a stretch cover for your helmet. Changes the whole look of a plain one. Has anyone
purchased one, and does it work? Can you see out of the visor sticker?

Check it out if you have not: www.skullskins.net

I bought one for my sons dirtbike helmet because the bike was a yellow YZ and the helmet was red and purple or some such. Anyway, the skin was yellow and it made the match much better. They are ok for a kid, but I don't think I have ever seen an adult wear one. As a matter of fact, I am surprised that they are still in business as I can't imagine the demand for their product is very great.

    They're real - aren't they?
That's not a question really, but rather rhetorical...
In a painful "I remember when" sort of way.
    Damn....
