Considering purchasing the Icon Anthem Pants. Anyone got a pair? If so, do they run large or small in the waist? Likes/dislikes.
    Also, where did you purchase.

Jamma, I do not have these pants, however, like I mentioned in the other threads, I would check to make sure the have saddle reinforcement. I have cortech jeans, and while they have cheap ass button (I wear a belt so that helps, and I replaced the button on one with a stronger one) I don't mind them. Removeable knee padding.

I have an older Cortech 3/4 jacket and some newer Cortech HRX pants. I think the pants have the same cheap buttons the derstuka mentions. Tourmaster could not offer me anyhing other than exact replacements, so I ended up deforming them slightly with a pair of pliers so they would not unlatch so easily.

My older jacket does not work well on the VFR because the airflow does screwy things to it (details don't matter, it will still work fine on the SV). I went to look at the Cortech jackets that are made to zip to my Cortech pants today, and they ALL have the crummy buttons on the main zipper "over-flap" (if that's what it is called). My point is that the Cortech stuff does not seem as well made as it used to be, and the crummy buttons really are a pain. Just FYI.

yep, bought them on fleabay. they run like a loose fit pair of jeans. ie, I wear 34 in loose fit, I wear 34 in anthem. likes: fit fine, look casual, work in low speed slide dislikes: a little pricey for jeans, not as good protection as leather.

That gets me why they would be skimpy on such a cheap item as a button. I went to my local shoe/leather repair place, and got a sturdy replacement for 3 dollars.
