Contact Jamie Daugherty(www.daughertymotorsports.com), he might have one, or he might be able to mod a different shock to give you the ride height adjustment you're looking for.

Correction - the shock you want is for a VFR700F but a little longer than stock, not a CBR600F2 part. You aren't going to find this as a standard unit anywhere, it must be custom configured. If you get a shock with adjustable ride height it's pretty easy, plus you'll likely want to dial in the exact ride height anyway. You really need to get an aftermarket shock for any bike then convert it to fit yours.

oh okay i understand. okay i was browsing the net for a adjustable ride height shock and they are a little pricey for my taste. i was reading your site and i am not sure if i understood or not, that it is possible to get a shock for cbr600f2-f3 and you can convert it and rebuild with new spring to fit VFR700F2. all i had to do is get the parts. if this is correct, i can get shock from ebay, and i just need a suggestion from you fine people on what aftermarket spring to get. And that you can build it with the correct ride height. Cause the fox clicker is a pita to find also and not to mention pricey.

No, you are confusing the shock modification I do for the First Generation with your Second Gen bike. The shock on your bike is shorter than pretty much everything else. The only way my shock modification works is because the donor shock is shortened and in the process of extending it I can make the lower clevis the correct geometry. This won't work with your bike because the F2 or F3 shocks are longer, just the opposite of what you need. Basically you need to start with something that can be made shorter. Stock shocks are difficult to modify in this way but not impossible. It would be best (and cheaper in the long run) to start with an aftermarket shock as they 1) are easier to modify and 2) often come with adjustable ride height which would be a big help.

I've got a couple of aftermarket shocks that might work. I think I mentioned them in the last e-mail I sent you. Let me know, hopefully we can work something out!
