A lot of the memes that Thumb posts are political memes. So, why can't I?

 

I lean toward deleting it all, and I'll tell you why.

I may or may not agree with your political leanings but that is not why I come to this site. I'm drawn to read and share on this forum because of the shared passion and need for advice regarding the Honda VF and VFR models of motos, and for that reason only!

If you share that same passion (for motorcycles of the VF/VFR or anything similar) I will enjoy your company and look forward to conversing with you in these threads. If however this sinks into the polarizing gutter of political opinions.........

 

Do even own a motorcycle? Primarily a Honda V4? We have less than 400 members who motorcycle enthusiasts who come from various countries with various political beliefs that enjoy humor and satire. If you scroll back though previous posts you will find a lot humor about sex, women, bikes, improbable situations and a few poking fun at the current political leaders. Your posts are 100% right wing, nothing else. Our constitution gives you the right to free speech. We don’t have to like it and have the right to say so. So I will say it again, this is a forum for owners of V4 motorcycles and any other make or models. I recommend you find a different outlet for your views.

 

I didn't insult anyone. I guess when your argument is lost and your hypocrisy is exposed, that's all you got.

Where is the humor and satire in many of Thumb's memes? If you want, just show the humor and satire in the two memes I referenced.

OK guys. If I had known this would cause so much distain between members of this VFRW, I probably would not have started this thread in the first place. It has exploded into a very well attended thread with mostly funny content. It may touch the edges of decency at times but I haven't asked for anyone to retract or complained to the moderators about some content that seems to offend some here.

Everyone has their own religious and political beliefs. I try to keep mine out of here. Maybe sometimes I fail. I have not really put any restrictions on what I wanted here on this thread. But I did ask people to use their common sense. When it comes to political or religious posts, maybe we can cool our heal a bit. I have seen other threads being locked up and or deleted because it was out of control. It would be a shame if that was to happen to this thread. So please, lets simmer down on the politics here.
