Agree. Back when I rebuilt those carbs I just used, I was wondering what carb rebuilders were doing to replace these when they do their rebuilds. Must be a part somewhere that would work.....bu no doubt having the original is ideal!

 

Looking at the other '86 I have - a RWB tribute, originally White......even earlier at "222"!

Look what the Michelin Man just brought me:






Pretty close to complete, came with titles and working keys, fuel tanks all clean, brakes and clutches working. Not sure yet how much work will be needed with carbs on the 1st and 2nd......3rd will get a new set off the shelf after some engine diagnostics. All 3 will get new batteries, too.
