This is some awesome info guys, thank you so much!
I have contacted some local guys regarding getting the viton O-rings, they have got a whole bunch of obscure stuff for me before, so lets hope ,before i contact Honda
Forks, I was'nt going to take am apart, but might as well get rid of the antidive while i have the bike part
Unfortunatly the costing on getting fork springs from the US is just going to be cost prohibitive at the momemt, we have a guy here thats well known for setting up and revalving front n rear shocks so might reach out to him

The above info was really helpful

    The ECU
(JDM Bike, assuming 77HP), i never really found a proper consensus of what and how its restricted.

I've read if one replaces the ECU, the entire loom needs replacing?
Then i read its govenerned by a green/pink wire on the clocks?
I also read that the carb tops are restricted?
and finally,I read that theres a half moon restrictor in the intakes (this i can definitivly throw out)

Do you uys perhaps know for sure?

You don't need to replace the wiring loom. I'll dig the details out for you.

WRT springs etc, use the racetech calculator to work out what you need, then get them locally. I did go with RT in mine but there is a UK distributor. You can get emulators from a few manufacturers (eg YSS), not all are as good as for example RT (because many have copied without understanding what they're doing and not bothered to account properly for differences in forks).... but still better than stock! Particularly so if you've got an expert who knows that brand and can set them up for you.

Oh, I'd not heard about carb tops being different but I can't be absolutely positive they're not!

So, the box to the right is the speed limiter. The one to the left is the ECU. Remove and bypass the speed limiter as follows. You can then also replace the "I" ECU with a "G" for full power.

    upload_2024-7-27_12-6-26.jpeg

You can easily buy those connectors so you don't have to hack the wiring about and its then 100% reversible. This is an example of how someone has done it.
    upload_2024-7-27_12-4-24.jpeg

It **NEEDS** to be an 86 year ECU though because the 86 is different to every other year of RC24, while you can fit a different year (even up to 97) that requires not only replacing or modifying the wiring loom but the tacho, fuel cut relay, pickups and the toothed wheel/starter clutch.

This is incredibly informative , thanks mate. So.....take a look at this

If i am reading correctly...it looks like this one has bee modded (g). If so i will get a mate of mine to come look at the wiring...definetly not my strong suit

20240730_192545.jpg So... onto cleaning the brake parts...all the pistons looked ok except fot this one...looks like somebody used a hammer and vice grips... i tried sanding it down but think its gonna be too much and wil leak

Checking with honda if they have a new one
Also checking a few breakers... is this quite a common item? Accross a few models?

Front piston part number "Where Used" for US models.

    45107-ML7-006 s/s to 45107-ML7-692

Doesn't mean it was a front piston on all of these models tho.

A little concerned as I can't remember, but reading schematic it seems right... The right hand side swingarm bolt has 3x hat shaped washers to secure it... And the left hand side...nothing, just the frame?

And the lower shock mount, a u shaped piece of steel...when I ran a bolt through it and tightened it to the alley pivot it didn't move, not quite seeing where Ive wrong....

Always seemed odd to me that it does not have a needle bearing in that location, but it is correct. When you examine the linkage / shock movement, it doesn't need to pivot in that location.
