Post all pics!! I have had my fair share of build moments!

HRC turn signal scandal comes to mind.

No garage queens as well. Just flogged the NSR on Sunday and this morning was SP1k in light fog. My son got to experience Big Red VFR750 for the first time on Sunday as well. He is in love with that and the Hawk now. lol

I try and keep them beautiful, but I won't just park it and stare anymore. Makes me sad. Even if I had an RC45 or Desmosedici it has to go on the road. mmmm Desmooooooo

HRC turn signals wasn't a scandal, that was a vision. Send me a vector image of the stencil so I can do it to mine :D

Stray, if you were closer I'd already have private messaged you that I was on my way, haha.

I was lucky. It was the last one they will have ever made. I called them and got lucky, and they agreed to make one for me, but they weren't taking additional orders. I posted this thread earlier, but I was tipped off to it by a post on the 13x (WERA) boards here: https://forums.13x.com/index.php?threads/airtech-closing-shop.385418/page-5

The good news though... a post from a month ago indicates that somebody may be buying a bunch of the molds. So cross your fingers they're purchasing like all of them because they were literally the only source for a lot of bikes' aftermarket fairings.

They're probably watching this thread, lol.

I sent an email to the seller earlier and just got a reply he sold her for the $1,400 price.

I asked him why it didn't sell quicker and here's his response:

"Well,…. what I’ve been told by three different people is that the pictures look good but the bike shows it’s age. I did sell it today for 1400. I love the 80’s bikes. Most people saw cheap price for a sport bike but weren’t necessarily fans of the 80’s bikes. It takes a person of finer taste, like us , to appreciate the older bikes."

Man....sounds like a good guy.......the kind I would have liked to do business with.

I replied that I hoped she found a good home with a caregiver who will cherish such an iconic machine.

On that note....I've decided to get back to my '84 VF750F no start troubleshoot starting tomorrow.....it's time......

Hell yeah. That is a good looking bike, a great rider to use and ride.

    What rack is that?

I don't think I've seen a panel shape like that in a VF seat cover. Has the foam/base been modified in that area too?

The luggage rack is a Hondaline accessory.
As far as the seat, it came on the bike so as far as I know it's stock but I'm not certain. Does it appear different from stock?
Also came with another seat & some F1s.

Seat cover is not stock. Foam profile looks pretty stock, but maybe a little modified.

I thought that was the Hondaline rack. Cool.
