So the Bike is still fighting me. NEVER had a sprocket nut fight me like this and I've removed alot of them

I cannot for the life of me get the drive sprocket nut off the counter shaft.

What I ave done so far:

    Bike in gear (5th)
Bent the locking washer tab back
Locked the rear wheel with a 2x4 (snapped the 2x4), metal tire iron (bent the tire iron)
    Impact gun - didn't work
    24" breaker bar - won't budge it

Im concerned that anything more forceful. (longer bar or larger metal wheel jammer) will shear transmission gears

If I take the bike somewhere to heat the nut with oxygen/ Accet, im concerned ill melt the countershaft seal and im not splitting this engine

Nut has that metal locking clip ring inside it, no idea if someone used lock-tite too

I may be forced to hand saw the nut with a dremmel tool par away then hit it with a cold chisel to split it.

    any other ideas ? IMG_1933.JPG

Whatever you do, don't use a hammer!!

100% sure they are lefty-loosy threads? Just gotta ask, we are talking about Suzuki here.

    Dremel and split.

    Cheers chaps

    Regular threads, not left hand

when you say " don't use a hammer", I assume you mean on a wrench when trying to break it free because it will fuck the trans gears. ?

Because im assuming ill need a hammer to split the nut with the chisel as I don't want the Dremmel too far and hit the threads.
