I picked these up on FB MP in November.

Brand new never used still in the box.

$40 for both - plus $10 for a wheelbarrow he had, which I used the very next day at one of my accounts!

 

I think this could be the most epic thread jack ever. And as the owner I fully endorse it! Cuz apparently it had dwindled down to me just winterizing and "Springing" it back to life.

Fucking wheel barrows.

And that wheelbarrow........that was a hell of a score! The seller had just put in a new tube. You can see the new fasteners on the axle bracket! After acquiring a ridiculous number of used wheelbarrows over the years I can tell you....that is something noteworthy!

 

Eletrovoice seem to be missing from this 1000R thread. They were one of the favourite speakers in the cinema industry.

 

Maybe they just wanted to get rid of the body first and then pass along the evidence. Got blue light?

I could also derail this train and ask about classic car audio choices.

 

The seller was a retired civil engineer from California - so you never know....

Seriously though - I'm originally from the bay area of California....same area of the state where he had worked....so we had a brief convo about that.

I can't wait to hook up those Bostons....I bet they sound great!

I sold a Guns n Roses Use Your Illusion II cassette tape for $2000. It came with a tape deck and a 1980 Chevette 2 dr 4 speed.



You can see the tape in the deck. Note the Hurst shifter.



I kept the 6x9s mounted in boxes, so he couldn't even play it for his drive home.

 

He got a great deal...that's for sure. The 4 speed alone was worth $2K!

That looks like the Euro Chevette....with the gold wheels.....
