Waiting on parts for my Euro VF750F. All other running bikes are in my storage unit.

I have a lot of other stuff to get done so can wait.

I AM SINCERELY looking forward to riding this Euro bike, though!

Don't you think that there should be a Cap'n only thread for all of your lovely toys?

I bought mine (it still looked like that eBay listing) in 1993. It was perfect and had 400 miles. I paid $400.

Watched quite a few videos from Mustie1. Just a down to earth gearhead.

Over the years watching so many YT vids of "how to fix this" - you really get an appreciation for ones like he does.

His narratives are about the perfect combination of thoughts that go through our head when we work on stuff......and then we get to see how it's done by a pro....someone who is skilled. Always a benefit and proper tradeoff for the time invested in the viewing of said vids.

Thanks for your comments, Mello! :)

Well, I forgot to take a pic or two to prove it, but I rode the ST down in the valley to lunch and a crib with a friend (on his ST) yesterday. Sixty-Fucking-Degrees on Dec 29!! Felt SO GOOD. And goddamn do I love that bike. After not being on a bike for close to a couple months, I was really reminded how nice my updated suspension works.

But I did forget to buy tabs... so it was an 86 VFR for the day.

I think you're an FJ guy. I've ridden them and liked them. Like the styling too, looks kinda like a large 500 Interceptor.

ST's just "work" for me. Likely cuz I'm used to big, heavy V4s. And my body type just fits. Wanted to like the ST1300, but there was no way. Just doesn't fit and I don't like the styling as much as my 1100. Plus my 1100 is classic. Good carbs, no linked brakes, no early ABS system. Just how I like em.
