I'm betting on the thing falling apart and cracking the frame from the vibration. Just hasn't been ridden enough yet.

 

I wouldn't mind crawling around this thing for a couple minutes. I would never want it, but it is a step or two above a complete hack job from those pics.

 

Looks like someone has spent some time and money on it, which is a surprise

 

I cringe at the thinned out frame sections.

"there I was cruising down main street and my engine falls out"

 

I agree, but it might be boxed in real good. That's why I'd love to climb around this thing a bit.

 

Guess he wanted to avoid cam wear issues....

 

And ended up with ALL the issues that aren't cam wear related.

 

That needs to be unseen. The dirt bike must have been a gem.
