LED turn signal flasher relay?

Hey everyone!

I'm trying to do an LED turn signal retrofit. I have my bulbs which light up as running lights but don't flash on at all when I switch on the turn signals. I tried this relay with no change:

Does anyone know of a decent plug-in flasher relay that works??

I've only ever used a cheapo 2-wire LED specific flasher unit. Never had a problem. Honda OEM flashers are 3-wire but the 3rd wire is an earth that is not strictly needed.

Looks like the right hand one on the fairing subframe, above the headlights.
