So jumping on a liter bike and running a few gears to redline is out for you?

    MD

BTW - liter bike speed... holy crap!

Hey MD, Taking a liter bike to red line is a scarey proposition to me. I just sold my Ninja XZ-10R this past Aug. Basically the area that I live in is not
condusive to a hi-po liter bike. My Z, when wound out in first gear was doing around 90 MPH. So yea, I was a little shy on running up the RPM's on it.
The VFR is much milder than that green monster was,so I do occassinaally
get in the red zone with it, however around town I am rather conservative with it. eddie

speaking of "powerband" my relative who works at the Honda shop said a Newb came in and asked if he could buy an "aftermarket powerband" for his
600RR to get more power.. My relative all he could do was walk away quickly and not laugh in the kids face..

Didn't you see the link that fotomoto listed? It is an add for Power Bands, and they look pretty sweet to me!!! Like I said, I ordered 2 sets. I can't wait for them to come in. They are on back order now, but I expect to get them any day now!!
