Answer honestly.

You can call it "emotional manipulation", I see it as just plain reality; those problems in our society are real, not meant manipulated to direct emotions but to present honest reality.
No one like to hear about how the homeless live in our streets.
No one like to hear how people are dying without medical care.
No one like to hear about consequences of gun violence.
No one like to hear about how systematic racism work among us.
No one like to hear about people going hungry in the #1 economy in the world,
but they are all reality in our society.

Do you hear your American Hero talk about solving those problems in the interview?

Solutions proposed to solve those problems are to be considered socialist or communist?

Reality doesn't care about your moral high ground, neither do I care about your feelings.
