Hey guys! I just got an 86’ vf500f and am trying to figure out where the gas lines run to. But can’t seem to find a diagram anywhere. If anyone could post a link or even post pictures showing where the lines hook up from the gas tank it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

The 86 has one of the simplest routings. It is just a short "S" shaped fuel line from the petcock down to the main fuel inlet on the carbs. I'm trying to imagine having any difficulty. Are you sure on the year? The 84/85 have fuel pumps with more fuel lines.

I am missing the lever for the fuel petcock on my 86 VF500F. Do the levers from the bigger bikes ie the 750, fit the 500? I can't find one anywhere

I would be grateful if you came up with an option for the lever. They seem to be pretty rare to find.

Just bought 1986 500 and had it shipped....the crate was shattered when the shipping people dropped the crate and my "mint" bike now has a deep 2 x 4 tank cave in. Not sure if it will be salvageable. Photo shows a little it of my issue.
