Exhaust options...

Hey all, what exhaust options are there for the fifth Gen these days besides Delkovic?

 

Nothing...Hmmm....Looks like staintune quit making stuff for this bike too....

 

I am looking at getting some black widow exhaust for mine

Yeah...I was looking at those as an option. They like a delkovic copy but some of them look ok....

 

vfrd has a new header being made up for the 5th gen. I have a Tbros header and pipe available for sale for the 5th gen too.

 

I am actually working with Staintune on a new high mount for my 99......

 

Looking for different options for my 5th gen, Fuel. Scorpion or Delkevic.

 

i bought a black widow header for mine, it is really nice/ mounted perfectly.

 

I'm considering trying to fit an 8th gen slip-on on my 5th gen since there are slim pickings now for 5th gen slip on pipes.

 

The 5th Generation exhaust option that's actively being produced right now is the "WiLD" header system (the W=Wayne, L=Lance, D=Darrel). Most of the conversation about this header system and the ordering, payment and delivery is being handled over on VFRDiscussion. I was in the first purchase group for the first run of production (for my '99 5th Gen), now I'm in for a second set to go on my '01 5th Gen).

 

I have a 2 brothers slip on I took off my 2000 when I bought it. Sounded great but it was a bit loud to light off at 6AM (Howdy neighbor! Top o' the morning to ya.) I should get it up for sale cheap-ish to get it out of the shed.

Sure, or lighting was bad, maybe a dirty lens... it’s an old picture and I really don’t remember the conditions. Here is a more recent picture.
