Hello from the UK

Hi All,

Recently joined I had a VFR800 5th gen back in 2012 for a couple of years but had to give it up due to children and the school run.

Today I'm waiting for delivery of my new bike a 2019 VFR800 in Red

I'm based down in Deal in Kent but will find me in Slough and Heathrow airport alot once this virus has done one.

It turned up not to much longer after creating this thread, just got to wait to finish work and then can go and play

 

Welcome to The World! Can't wait for things to get to "normal" myself, although I've snuk in a few rides here and there but nothing to write home about.

Hello, I'm the second owner the bike its self will be a year old in two weeks and has 970 miles on the clock

970? Has the "break-in Service" been done yet? Wow!

 

Yes this has been completed along with a fresh oil change and check over before delivery to me.

Had my maiden flight yesterday short trip down to Hastings and back with my stepdad on his blackbird 140 miles covered and loved it (slight hip ache on my right side but first time in the saddle after 6 years)

 

A very nice acquisition, especially with all the OEM luggage. Got 13000 miles on mine, and it's been a fine bit of kit for this ex-Essex boy.
