Hi from Ayrshire Scotland

Hi folks, been a biker all my life and have returned to the VFR world, I bought an accident damaged 1990 VFR 750 in 1997 and loved it after a total rebuild. My son took up a lot of my time so ended up selling it, fast forward a few years and back to biking in various forms I am now the proud owner of a brand new 800. I bought without even a test ride it because I love the look and the style as well as the touring capabilities and remember the quality my 750 was.

I still have my 2004 Ducati S2r that was registered for the first time ever last July by me, now done 296 miles.
My KTM 990 Adventure 19.300 miles I bought new in 2014, it's going through some transformation just now (fed up on my tip toes)

Anyway, 3 bikes in the garage, gorgeous weather here in the Shire and lockdown !

I used to live in Stranraer , in laws live in Troon. now live on the Ardnamurchan peninsula.

 

As a child my family had what I remember as a great holiday at Butlins in Ayr. I loved it then although the idea of it now seems rather funny. This was around 1967. Originally from Skipton in Yorkshire. Great taste in motorcycles and colours.
