LOL, yea, just givin it a wee twist too

I figure $1000 should set it to rights as long as I dont find anything ugly. Seems to run like a champ.

I have 4 projects. Im just wrapping up a Ducati 748 (Just the fork Seals to do and drop-off some stuff for paint this week). Then Im onto the RC51, and Ill wait with getting back to the 2 VF1000R's until the RC51 is finished. I dont like having multiple bikes torn apart at the same time, takes up too much space. (which wouldn't be a problem if it stopped buying bikes I guess), I also have the valve clearances to check on my 2 YZ250F's at some point between now and spring.

The Hawk GT647 and the Firestorm will be sold this spring. I may have a buyer already for the Hawk. Im still working on getting a 2007 Aprilia RSV Factory form a fellow I met last year. He may be ready to sell in the spring. Im also on the look out for a Valentino Rossi Edition Yam R1.

IMG_5666.jpg My RC51 project is almost done but also almost stalled.

I may get the tires mounted this week, but after that ill have to wait till the Pandemic is over to be able to get my paint work done.

VFR bikes in background so I can still post :)

    Thanks Cap'n

This was the crashed bike, I replaced all the damaged parts (Rad , clutch cover, bar end, front wheel), repaired all the body work, all new wear items (Bearings, Fork bushings and seals, brakes, tires etc). All the aftermarket parts were replaced with the original OEM parts (Exhaust, Rear fender, levers, windshield, signals, Seat, etc). All new Honda fasteners.

Just the paint left and a the decals

I look at your bike home and then I look at my garage. The bike is wedged between piles of junk and crap so tight that I almost have to climb off the back of the bike to get out!
What's the opposite of OCD because I think I have it.
If I actually get some time off with all that is going on currently I think I might have a project that's not on my wife's list.
    Where are you located?

I'm in Los Angeles California.... I think I reached my limit. I have 12 bikes and I simply don not have any room for more ( yea right ). I'm retired so I have plenty of time to keep 'em running. I usually go out once a day on one of them.
